Are you ready to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you? At Streetefit, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. We know that starting a fitness journey can be scary, so we give our members access to online exercise classes and the help and guidance they need to be successful in their journey.
Online Exercise Classes

Tuesday 7.30pm EST Strength & Conditioning
In this class, we use light, medium and/or heavy hand weights, therabands and a mat. We focus on general strength of muscles concentrating on legs, arms, chest, back and abdominals and light cardio is part of the class. Low impact options are included so it suits all levels of fitness. Muscle mass burns fat faster than cardio.
Thursday 7.30pm EST & Sunday 10am EST Pilates
In this online class, we focus on core strength. Pilates not only helps to improve your quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain (most notably decreasing back pain), but it is also an effective method of whole-body exercise that helps to improve your daily activities and livelihood. By using small Pilates balls, therabands, resistance bands, and a mat, Pilates can help align your entire body’s overall structure and support its joints. What appears simple can be deceptively challenging and incredibly effective when done correctly with good form.
Each online class caters to participants of all levels and abilities.
Pregnancy options are given but please be advised that you need to obtain permission from your Doctor.
Private online personal training sessions are available, but spaces are limited.
Face-to-face personal training sessions are available in the Ryde area of Sydney. Please contact streetefit to check if a suitable time is available.

Package 1
All 3 classes with access to the recordings.
$45 per week
Package 2
Up to 2 classes with access to the recordings.
$30 per week
Package 3
One class with access to the recordings.
$16 per week
Other Online Exercise Packages
Package 4
Access to all 3 online classes with recordings, nutrition advice and information using the Metabolic Precision method. This includes a 10-minute chat or a text for accountability and any questions you may have.
$75 per week
Package 5
Everything included in Package 4, plus a Strength – FIRE (Focused Intense Resistance Exercise) program. The strength program is in two parts – upper body and lower body. Each program will have 4 exercises. Each week you will be asked to video yourself doing the exercises – one set is sufficient so that I can monitor your technique and give you tips.
